If you have questions regarding WordPress or blogging in general, I’m your man . . . especially if you’re a WP Blog Host Web Hosting customer – you guys are very important to me.

I also provide a few blog related services (shown in my sidebar), such as blog security upgrades and other miscellaneous WordPress stuff. If you’re interested in hiring someone to pop the hood on your blog for any of those services, I’m your man.

Things I May or May Not Be Able To Help You With

Although I know a lot about WP Blog Host web hosting and various other services, I’m not a tech support / customer service guy. If you need immediate help because your site is down or are having some other issue which needs to be solved now, contact tech support. We also have a very comprehensive online self-help center which will probably answer most of your questions.

Unless I’m out and about, I typically answer my emails very quickly (I live in my Inbox). If you have a question that’s not urgent or perhaps might be outside the scope of what a tech support representative could help you with, send me a note and if I can help, I will. For example, blogging questions might be outside the scope of tech support.
