		<description>I also bought the $99 developer theme in March from them and adapt it to my www.epacificweb.com.  I also had problems to change it to my own and asked for their help. Their help is not responsive but fair. For $99 dollars you did not expect too much.  I think I have been with Magento for more than two years, this also help me to conquer the problems to adapt it to my website.

I can help you to adapt it to your own if you are willing to pay me to do it.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve been with HelloThemes for a while now and at first their support wasn&#039;t great at all... I have to say since the start of 2010 their customer support has been amazing! I get my questions answered in a matter of hours, they seem to have a larger team and have started writting tutorials which is a plus.

In all fairness I am a satisfied customer, I love their themes which in my opinion are far better than most magento theme providers out there..

		<description>It really is too bad, isn&#039;t it. They seem to be getting customers but they just can&#039;t figure out how to keep them happy. It&#039;s much easier to keep a customer and get them raving about how great you are rather than alienating them and spending more time and money finding new customers.</description>
