WordPress Hosting
Starting a WordPress blog is very easy with WP Blog Host. From the start, our top priority was to take care of the customer.
If you are new to web hosting, your head is probably spinning from all the technical jargon and because we are a full service web hosting company, those are all things we need to include. If you're an old hosting pro and want to see all those techie details each plan includes, see our hosting plans.
But if you're simply wanting to start a blog, here's all you need to do:
3 Easy Steps To Starting Your Blog
- First, view our hosting plans and choose the one right for you. Our most popular plan is the Deluxe Plan. If you plan to use WordPress, be sure when signing up for hosting to leave the default option of "Linux" hosting checked (as opposed to changing it to Windows). Don't worry if you're home computer uses Windows, that doesn't matter.
- Next, get yourself a domain name during the checkout process to attach to your hosting plan and then proceed to your shopping cart and checkout.
- Once you have your domain name and hosting, you can use our easy WordPress install wizard to install WordPress on your account. Here's a video tutorial on how to do that. If you run into any issues, give us a call or send us an email, we're here to help 24/7.
And that's it! By using our easy auto-WordPress installer, all you'll need to do is give our auto-installer a couple usernames and passwords and WordPress will install itself for you.
Why WP Blog Host Is A Great Place To Host Your Blog
Why listen to us? Here's what some of our customers have to say:
What I love best about WP Blog Host is their control panel. I hosted my blog with two other companies both of which used a control panel called, cPanel. I found that control panel confusing because it had a bunch of folders and files cluttering up my file manager which bewildered me and I never used. WP Blog Host's control panel is clean and simple to use while also providing all the functions bloggers need.- Joel, Las Vegas, NV

As a newbie myself, I was tremendously confused and ambivalent about going with a hosted blog. My publisher said to use blogger.com, but then I started reading some of the "A-listers" blogs, and they unanimously recommended a hosted blog. This may be an issue with other newbies--I don't know. I do know that I dreaded the thought of having to learn the techie stuff to get my blog running--then I stumbled across your site, and problem solved. Just some food for thought. Our first customer - Bob Foster, Las Vegas, NV

John Hoff made transferring our blog from a previous hosting company hassle-free. We were looking for a higher touch relationship with our hosting provider, but weren’t sure where to turn. After encountering John in the comments sections of blogs we frequented and getting a feel for the way he interacted as a human being with individuals in our blogging community, we knew we had found someone with the customer service values we sought. The process was simple and John took care of the details. He has been quick to respond, and the hosting packages are generous with features while cost effective. All in all, we’re very pleased with our decision.- Besty Wuebker

What convinced me to host with WP Blog Host was the fact that all the other hosts suggested to me made it clear that they preferred you not to call them when you needed help. They displayed phone numbers on their home pages but I learned that after you sign up, those numbers are for pre-sales only and the company did not provide phone support, you had to use a ticked email system instead.WP Blog Host made it clear right from their home page that if I ever ran into trouble with my hosting, there would always be a real person I can call and talk to. Since then, I've also learned that man . . . they answer the phone fast.

What I liked about WP Blog Host was the fact that they don't lie about paying for your hosting monthly. Other companies display a monthly price but if you look closely, it says (if paid annually). Come to find out, either you pay more if you want to pay monthly or in most cases, they didn't even offer real monthly hosting.- Debbie Brown
